PWC Tower (Commercial Bay)

Customs Street, Auckland

Thermobreak® 9705 tubing , Thermobreak® No-Clad insulation, Thermaloc Pipe Support blocks used on the mechanical pipework in the 40 story tower along with various projects within the Harbour Eats food court project. (AE Smith Ltd)

Thermobreak® 25C Acoustic Wrap, Thermobreak® Roll used for the internal / external lining of spiral ducting projects within various specialised areas in the Food Court and Retail projects.  (AE Smith Ltd)

PWC Tower (Commercial Bay)

Park Hyatt Hotel, Auckland

Park Hyatt Auckland is officially open for business mid 2020, signalling the return of the Hyatt brand to New Zealand. The 195-room hotel features four restaurants / bars, a day spa and fitness centre, as well as versatile event spaces.

Thermobreak® 9705 pipe insulation along with Thermobreak® No-Clad insulation, Thermaloc Pipe supports and Thernobreak® 25C Acoustic pipe insulation have been installed on both the mechanical (AE Smith Ltd) and plumbing pipework (Hanlon Plumbing).

Thermobreak® duct insulation has also been used on various spiral ducting and speciality ducting on this product.

Manukau Institute of Technology (Tech Hub, Wiri)

A new centre of excellence for MIT’s trades and engineering schools that will be used by more than 1200 students and create more high-value jobs in the community is now completed

The 9000-square-metre purpose-built technology hub will be created by Haydn & Rollett opposite the current MIT campus, bordered by Manukau Station Road, Lambie Drive and Wiri Station Road. Panuku Development Auckland facilitated the development as part of its regeneration of Manukau.

Office Building 5 Story – 55 Corinthian Drive, Albany

55 Corinthian Drive is in the heart of the fast growing Orchard Park precinct that is expected to be fully developed within the next two to three years. The building fits within the vision of the original Orchard Park master plan; high quality design providing a superb and convenient work environment for businesses and their employees.

Constructed by Macrennie Construction and recently completed this 5 storey office / retail building was built to meet 5 start Green Star compliance.

Thermobreak® 9705 pipe insulation, Thermobreak® No-Clad insulation & Thermaloc Pipe Support blocks was the preference on the mechanical and pluming pipe work by Ross Insulation Ltd for Fonko NZ Ltd.
